This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through www.sundryclothingshop.us. Please review the details below before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 21 days from the date your order is marked as delivered. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original or suitable protective packaging
Returns received outside of the return window or not meeting these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final Sale items
- Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
- Items with stains, odors, or other indications of use
Domestic Returns (United States)
For domestic orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
www.sundryclothingshop.us is not responsible for lost or damaged international return shipments.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return has been approved.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
